Our Landscape Installation Process

layeredlist

  • Step 1: Proposal approval

Your Installation begins by approving your customized installation proposal and any required approval from your HOA, if needed.  We provide itemized cost details for materials and labor, as well as plant quantities and specifications with your proposal.  Our goal is to accomplish your project within your target budget, and we are dedicated to making the most of your investment.

  • Step 2: Scheduling

Once your deposit is in place, we will begin sourcing materials and plants for your project and set a start date.  Any utility locates will be requested at this time to ensure the safety of our team.  We prefer that you be present throughout the installation process, in case any changes need to be made and get your feedback during the work.

  • Step 3: Implementation

This is the exciting part!  Your new landscape will quickly start to take shape as we prepare planting beds, modify irrigation, and start planting.  If your project includes edging for landscape beds or pathways, these additions will bring movement and definition to your new outdoor space.  Once all of the larger trees or palms are installed we will fill in the beds with shrubs, grasses, and groundcovers to add depth, color and texture to your landscape.  Lastly, a thick layer of mulch will cover the exposed soil and accentuate the newly installed plants.

  • Step 4: Final walk through

With the installation work complete, we will schedule a final walk through with you to make sure that all aspects of the project have been completed to your satisfaction.  The details are important to us, but we greatly appreciate and welcome your feedback to help us ensure that nothing gets overlooked.  During the final walk through we will also orient you to any changes we made to your irrigation system and assist you with any new plant names or varieties.
